Grand Station utilizes petscreening.com for all animal screening prior to move in and renewal. A non-refundable pet fee of $300 is required per pet, and pet rent is $25 per month per pet.
Breed Restrictions
Dog Breed Restriction List: Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, and Akitas.
Weight Limits
We know furry companions come in all shapes and sizes. With NO weight restrictions, we won't make your pet step on the scale in order to feel at home in our community.
Pet Fees
We understand how important pets are to our residents, and the fees we charge help provide and maintain a pet-friendly community with amenities for these furry four-legged companions to enjoy. A non-refundable $300 pet fee, and $25 monthly pet rent is required for each pet.
