Is there an application fee?
Yes, application fees are $150 per person on anyone age 18+.Is there an administration fee?
Yes, the administration fee is $350.What leasing options are available?
We offer 7 - 14 month lease optionsWhat are your application requirements?
We verify rental history, credit history, employment history and income, conduct criminal background screening on anyone age 18+.Are there Qualifications - income, credit history checks, criminal history, rental history, etc.?
Yes, we check rental history, employment as well as verifying that income is a minimum of three times the rental amount, credit history, and conduct a criminal background check.Can I apply online?

Application, Administrative Fees, and Deposits are due upon applying. Rent is due upon move in.Do I have to pay first & last month's rent?
No, prorated rent is due at move-in, however if you take possession after the 20th of any month, the next months rent is also due at move.When is rent due?
Rent is due on 1st of each month per the Lease Agreement.How can I pay my rent? What forms of payment are acceptable?
Rent can be paid through the Resident Portal with e-check, debit, credit card or Money Gram locations.Is there a late fee for overdue payments? Is there a grace period?

A lease can be terminated for violating the contract.What happens if I need to move out before my lease expires?
You are responsible for rent through the entire lease term or you can provide a 60-day notice and pay the Early Lease Termination Fee. At such a time the lease would be considered satisfied.Can the apartment be listed on AirBnB?

Move In fees consist of application, administrative, pro-rated rent, and security deposit or Security Deposit Alternative Program. Move-out fees will depend on lease fulfillment, proper notice, any balances owed, and any unit damages.How much is the security deposit?
Security Deposits are a minimum of $1000 or up to two months' rent. Ask us about our partnership with Jetty to offer Low-Cost Security Deposit Alternatives.Do you have items I can rent?
Yes, we have interior storage spaces available for rent on each residential level of the building. Monthly pricing starts at $35. If you are in need of larger storage space, storage garages are available on level 2 through level 4. Pricing starting at $125/month for these spaces. Finally, we have a select number of premium parking spaces available conveniently located on our main level for $250/month.
